I was really glad to get to the Mason Twist and finish the workout (of course I had to pause it prior to the Mason Twist to take a break).Īs far as my nutrition for the day, I feel like I did somewhat better. For the majority of the bicep exercises I was able to reach the target range, but for a majority of the shoulder exercises I wasn’t able to reach the target range. I’m looking to build muscle, so my target reps were 8-10 for the exercises (with the exception of the exercises where Tony wants you to do 16 reps). I’m definitely a lot stronger in my biceps than my shoulders, because as the workout went on (about halfway through), I was struggling to complete the shoulder exercises. I had to pause the P90X DVD a few times though to practice some of the moves (without any weight) to make sure I had them down.
